The head of Research in Centre for Information Systems Management (CIM), Jeppe Agger Nielsen, has received recognition for an article he published in 2018.
The article Exploration and Exploitation in Organizational Learning: A Critical Application of the 4I Model was published in The British Journal of Management, and it is now among the top 10 percent most downloaded papers.

The British Journal of Management has measured works published between January 2018 and December 2019, and the article from the AAU professor was among the most downloaded in the 12 months following its online publication.
Aalborg University's research strategy is to impact society and provide relevant “knowledge for the world”.
Jeppe Agger Nielsen recently co-started a research project about digital transformation on the university campus after COVID-19, and since 2018 Agger Nielsen has led another project with Aalborg Municipality about technological renewal processes and IT implementation.
