Wang Sen is a PhD student in International Relations at Department of Politics and Society, Aalborg University. His research mainly focuses on multilateralism with the rising China and its impact on the regional re-ordering in East Asia, considering that the rapid growth of China’s economic and military power has gained global attention, analyzing and scrutinizing China’s attitude and behavior towards the multilateralism in this region can open the way to explain how China will influence the regional system and how China will coordinate the relations with its neighbors and the U.S. to eschew the zero-sum game. Moreover, he also maintains International political economy and China’s foreign policy as secondary research interests.

Before coming to Aalborg University, he has completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from University of Turin, Italy.
