My name is Siv Holm Hansen and as of 1 August 2022 I have started as PhD fellow, where I will be part of the research project Educating Newcomers to the Welfare State. Organizational responses to migration 1960s-2010s and their influence on Danish central policy. My research explores Red Cross Denmark as a key operator organization for asylum reception since 1984 and how Red Cross practices potentially have been influenced by and influenced shifting central policy in educating newcomers in asylum reception.
I graduated in the summer of 2021 from AAU with a MA in Social Science & Psychology. I am 27 years old and live in Aarhus.
