Paper and Update Guidelines for the final conference of the international network

Paper Guidelines and Update Instructions in EasyChair
(please note the distinction between Submissions and Talks!)

Log into EasyChair to update your submission/talk.

Important note: Please note that authors must only upload the paper file under the submission. Any other updates (abstract/title/authors etc.) MUST be updated in the corresponding 'Talk' of your submission - as only talk updates will take effect in the online conference programme(*).

Example 1: Authors of submission no. 20 want to upload their paper:

  • This is done by uploading a PDF file with the paper to submission no. 20
  • Lenght of papers: Max. 8,000 words including references (a link to all papers will be circulated to the conference participants but papers will not be accessible to others)

Example 2: Authors of submission no. 20 want to update the abstract text

  • This is done by updating the abstract text for Talk no. 20 (NOT the abstract field for submission 20)

(*) Note: You cannot see changes made to a talk in the conference programme until the conference secretary has re-published the programme. Please note that the conference secretary is not automatically notified about talk updates so please inform her if your changes aren't visible within 1-2 days.
